Shot Splitter X
Split FCPX Multicams into single shots with ease.
Shot Splitter X allows editors to use Final Cut Pro X Multicam Angle Editor to unlock "batch" syncing of video and audio while retaining clip metadata. Currently in Alpha, full release still in progress, but you may download the Alpha here.
Alpha Testing 0.1.3
Thanks for your interest in Shot Splitter X. While we are still in development I wanted to give you a chance to try it out. First a few caveats:
- Tested with FCPXML 1.6 and earlier (that means you’ll probably need FCPX 10.4). I always keep old versions of FCPX around so if you have a newer FCPXML, I can downgrade your FCPXML. Shoot me an email and I’ll be happy to do it.
- Only the first 33 “splits” are done accurately. This is a current bug. Simply limit your large multicam sync to this 33 at a time and you’ll be good.
- Only works with one video angle and one audio angle. I know this is a drag 🙁
